There's so many domestic issues going on in our country that need to be addressed.
Everyone worries about international issues. But our focus needs to be on our own country. Let's take care of our own first, before we become the policeman, good samaritan and dictator of the rest of the world.
Here's just a taste of a few issues that need addressed and fixed:
College and Education.
Gun Control.
Crime.
Technology.
And that's not even getting started.
College in today's culture is the same as a high school diploma was 35 years ago when I was in high school. A high school diploma just doesn't cut it anymore. It's time to make college free in America, so every kid that wants a college education can get one. We put so much emphasis and money into education. Our kids our this country's future. Let's get them ready for the next generation.
With Gun Control, I truly believe in the Second Amendment and our right to bear arms. But we're in another time right now. This has become a culture that has to change. For the better. Our forefathers made the Second Amendment when they had knives and powder guns. They never envisioned a world of assault weapons, bombs and nuclear weapons. It's time to change the Second Amendment to ban assault weapons. We are the only civilized country in the world who allows this. It's time for a major change to be the role model we need to be for the rest of this country.
Crime in America has run rampant. You turn on the news every day, and see what's going on in America. So many tragedies. And it's just getting worse. We live in a culture where protesting isn't protesting anymore. It's rioting. This generation has no discipline and values like it used to be. At the same time, there is a lot of corruption in our justice department. It's time for some major changes in our Criminal Justice system. It's time to really shake thing up and change this country.
Technology has become the new norm in America. Babies are being born with cell phones in their hands. It's terrifying what this country's become. Once upon a time there were books. Once upon a time we taught children to write. The times have changed. Technology serves good purposes, but it's got away from what it was intended to be for. Technology was originally designed for business use, but it's all about money, and the computer industry had to tap into the consumer market. And now, 20 years later, this is the world we've become. We need to get back to some basic values and discipline, but at the same time, make changes in technology to how they were intended to be.
It's time for some radical changes.
It's time for a political revolution in America.
